Portrait of Keita Ishizuka

Research Associate at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Information Technology R&D Center. Ph.D. in Information Science from Tohoku University (2024).

I work on algebraic coding theory with applications to post-quantum cryptography and combinatorial designs. My research bridges pure mathematical structures such as error-correcting codes, Hadamard matrices, and graph invariants with their applications to cryptography, quantum error correction, and computational complexity.

Research Interests

My research focuses on coding theory. Traditionally, error-correcting codes are technology that enables reliable communication over a noisy channel. They are now also tied to other mathematical objects in combinatorics, and they have various applications to cryptography and to quantum error correction.
